Initial Response Safety was founded by two local career firefighters with the goal of making the community safer through education and preparedness. Both founders are New York State certified firefighters, EMTs, code inspectors, AHA CPR instructors, Stop The Bleed Instructors and more. We are based out of Oswego County.
